You will be required to pay for all received orders, and any outstanding amounts will be debited as per your registered billing information.
About Orders
Placing an Order
Order refers to your order for products.
Orders can be placed through our website or mobile applications.
You must ensure you confirm your order, including products and prices, before you click on ‘CHECKOUT’ to confirm your order. An order confirmation will be emailed after your payment is made, specifying your ordered products and their corresponding prices.
Acceptance or Rejection
We reserve the right to accept or reject your order for any reason, including if the ordered product is not available, if there is an error in the price or description of the product as posted on the Website, or an error in your order.
Each order placed through the Website that we accept results in a separate binding agreement between you and us for the supply of those products ordered. For each order accepted by us, we will supply the products in that order to you following these Terms & Conditions.
If we reject an order placed through the Website, we will endeavor to notify you of that rejection at the time you place the order or within a reasonable time after you submit your order.
If for any reason we are unable to supply the product you ordered, any monies paid will be refunded to you.
Promotional Codes
We may issue promotional codes from time to time. These promotional codes are personal to the individuals we issue them to and cannot be transferred or sold. The promotional codes are subject to the terms disclosed at the time of issue. We reserve the right to cancel any or all promotional codes at any time if we suspect error, fraud, or any other abuse of the promotional codes.
Delivery
Fees and Charges
Delivery pricing starts from $5 and varies based on the location of the order delivery.
Order Cut-off Time
Orders must be placed before 12:00 am cut-off time, every Friday, for Saturday delivery.
Delivery Time
We deliver on Saturdays (excluding public holidays), from 9am to 5pm.
Our delivery locations will be updated from time to time. Customers should ensure their suburb is available for delivery before placing an order.
Packing and Storage of Frozen Products
You must ensure your cooler bag is placed at the front door before the scheduled delivery date.
All fresh products will be delivered with ice packs.
If you use your own esky or cooler bag, you do so at your own risk to ensure it keeps our products fresh and is large enough to accommodate all your ordered products.
Delivery & Warning Cards
Upon delivery, our delivery driver will note the delivery date and time on the Delivery & Warning Card provided to you upon delivery.
You acknowledge and agree that you own and are responsible for all products immediately upon delivery to you.
We advise you to refrigerate your products within 4 hours after delivery and to consider the following guidelines, also available on our Delivery & Warning Cards provided with every order delivered:
(1) Frozen products must be placed into the freezer at -18 degrees Celsius; (2) Fresh products must be placed into the chiller at below 5 degrees Celsius; (3) Sashimi-grade products last up to 48 hours after delivery and must be stored at below 5 degrees Celsius.
If products are left unattended for more than 4 hours after delivery, please dispose of them, and we take no responsibility for anything done or caused after the products are delivered to you.
Unattended Deliveries
We will deliver the products to the front door at the relevant delivery address provided by you upon order. If you ask us to deliver inside a premise or building at the delivery address, and we agree to do so, then you are responsible for all loss or damage suffered by us in connection with our delivery
